Post-Secondary Recognition
Students who meet the high school credit requirements of the Alberta Core Curriculum are awarded Grade 12 Standing. The official transcript issued by Alberta Education is widely recognized for admission into universities in Canada and throughout the world.
CAIS has a number of agreements with educational institutions. Trinity Western (TWU), one of four British Columbia Universities, has established a direct entrance agreement whereby CAIS graduates who meet the requirements of TWU may enter directly without further SAT or TOEFL examinations. Students of CAIS are also eligible to write Higher School Certificate Examinations of New South Wales, Australia and are afforded special recognition with the University of North London. Graduates of CAIS have opportunity for direct entrance into two universities in Saskatchewan- University of Saskatchewan and University of Regina.
CAIS graduates have been accepted in major colleges and universities throughout the world. On average, more than 95% of the graduates over the past 5 years have successfully enrolled in colleges and universities.
