Advanced Placement Program

The Advanced Placement (AP) Program is a cooperative educational endeavor between secondary schools and colleges and universities.

The AP Program provides motivated high school students with the opportunity to take college-level courses in a high school setting. Students who participate in the program not only gain college-level skills, but can earn college credit while they are still in high school. Subject to student demand, tutorial sessions for select AP courses such as Calculus, Physics, Chemistry, Macro-Economics, Micro-Economics and English are taught at CAIS.

Selected students may have the opportunity to write Advanced Placement examinations in May each year regardless of whether they have taken the instruction provided by the School.
